Lauren Spence & Emma Kingsman
Lauren and Amanda first collaborated on a wedding shoot in London, where they discovered their shared love of all things bridal. Since then, they have brought their combined expertise to wedding shows, advertising shoots and, of course, to bridal parties themselves.
As the company organically grew, Emma joined Spence & Oliver in 2017 working alongside like-minded Lauren and Amanda. Within this collaboration, they all bring something new to ensure the highest levels of perfection for every bride.
In 2020, Amanda and her family relocated to Italy where she will continue her bridal beauty business. Lauren Spence
Dior-trained makeup artist and enthusiast Lauren first discovered her love of colour as a teenager, when she spent weekends trawling London makeup boutiques in search of inspiration and giving her friends makeovers for nights out. Since then, she’s worked on advertising campaigns for New Look, Jigsaw and Barclays, travelled the world as a global brand ambassador and demoed luxury brands live on QVC.
But while nowadays she’s more likely to take inspiration from couture catwalk shows and designer shoots, Lauren’s love of bridal styling stems from the same desire to make every client feel incredible, whether that’s with the perfect smoky eye or a stunning, dewy complexion.
Since styling her first wedding client at the age of 19, Lauren has loved every moment of the creative process, from the excitement of the trial to the happy tears on the day itself. When she married in 2015, having a such a trusted and expert stylist to do her hair (Amanda – naturally) reaffirmed her desire to make every bride’s day as perfect as possible.
Emma Kingsman

Emma has always had a love for beauty from a young age. Her career started within the TV and fashion industry, building up a portfolio of celebrities and working with brands such as H&M, Tangle Teezer, Reiss, Hugo Boss and has had work featured in magazines such as Vogue and Glamour.
Over the last 5 years, Emma has discovered her passion for the industry and now specialises in bridal hair and makeup and loves working with a bride to find the perfect look for your special day.
